Pink

Pink. Glorious, happy, vivid, joyful pink, one of my favourite colours.

I sacrificed two of my precious raspberry-pink tulips from the garden for this little display, and padded them out with peachy-pink, spiky-leaved supermarket roses and some almost tropical looking primulas stolen from the window box on the children's play house. It's the perfect display to brighten up my home, and my mood, on this cold, wet and windy day.

  7. So very pretty. Funnily enough I intend to pop into the garden at lunchtime and cut some flowers to bring in. It's really not the weather to appreciate them in the garden at the moment!

  28. Just beautiful, Gillian! I could stare at these happy photos all day! I am in love with the color pink! My pink peonies have started to bloom this week and as soon as one opens I cut it off, and bring it inside to enjoy! I think I have one in just about every room right now. There is nothing like fresh flowers in the home to brighten your mood and your home!
