These recipes are my own and they are here for you to enjoy. I see so much cooking shared on blogs that inspires me and I very much hope you will see something here that inspires you too. My recipes stem partly from scribbled notes that have been given to me by family and friends, partly from ideas I've seen in magazines or in the large number of cookery books I read, but mostly they come from my love of eating. They are tried and tested by me and my family and intended to be straightforward, easy and budget-friendly. I am a largely self-taught cook who has had two failed attempts at macarons and has never made a soufle so, while I hope you enjoy them, I cannot guarantee they are perfect because I am not perfect either. So if you see any errors, have any questions or want to give me any feedback, then please do.
I love the new layout! It took me ages to find the Blue & Moo pie the other day and i always refer back to your pavlova recipe!
